Currency & Prices

All prices on trekward.com are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The total amount payable — including any shipping costs — is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Order Confirmation & Invoicing

After payment, you receive an order confirmation email that serves as your proof of purchase. Tlabs is a French-registered micro-entreprise; VAT is not applicable under art. 293 B of the French CGI.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not created and no amount is charged. If you believe an amount was charged in error, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, within 10 business days of us receiving a returned item, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Fraud Prevention

We may use verification checks to prevent fraudulent transactions and may cancel or delay orders that fail these checks.
