  • You give us directly: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment provider), and anything you tell us in customer service messages.
  • Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, and how you use our site, via cookies and similar technologies.
  • From third parties: our payment processor and shipping partners, to confirm and fulfil your order.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — where you've agreed to receive them — send you marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Cookies

We use cookies to run the store (cart, checkout, login) and, where enabled, to understand site usage and measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with the service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform and host), our payment processor, shipping and fulfilment partners, and, where used, analytics and advertising providers. We do not sell your personal information.
