Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia.

Order cutoff

• Order processing: 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Order cut-off time: 11:59 pm (Canberra/Melbourne time).
• Shipping time: an estimated 4– 6 business days after dispatch.
• Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Orders are dispatched from our international partner warehouses, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or peak periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are Free.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or appears to be lost, email contact@trekward.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
