Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia.

Order cutoff

Orders placed before 23:59 (CET) are processed the next business day.

Processing time

1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery time

7–14 business days after your order has shipped. In rare cases, delivery can take longer; we'll keep you posted if that happens.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or appears to be lost, email contact@trekward.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
